Privacy Policy

You can watch and read everything here without an account and without giving us anything. If you create an account or upload a resume, we store it so the service can work. We don't sell your data.

What we collect

If you just browse: nothing that identifies you personally.

If you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address.

If you create an account: your email, a securely hashed password, and any profile details you choose to add (name, job title, location, LinkedIn URL).

If you use interview practice: the resume and job description you upload, your answers (typed, spoken or code), and the AI-generated scores and reports produced from them. Voice answers are transcribed to text.

Technical data: standard server logs, needed to operate and secure the service.

Why we use it

  • To provide the service — generate your questions, score your answers, build your report.
  • To keep your account secure and prevent abuse.
  • To send the newsletter, if you asked for it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your resume to train our own models.

Third parties who process data for us

  • AI providers — your answers and resume text are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate questions and feedback.
  • Hosting and database providers — to run the site and store your data.
  • Email delivery — to send password resets and the newsletter.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies — notably a secure, httpOnly cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. Delete your account and the associated sessions, answers and reports are removed. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, get in touch via the contact page.

Children

This service isn't intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
